By accessing or purchasing from Ajahsbeautysupply , you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service
1. General Information
1.1 Ajahs Beauty supply provides hair tools, accessories, and beauty products for personal use.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
2.2 Prices for products are displayed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change.
2.3 Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within 10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.
3.2 Ajahs Beauty supply is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our control.
3.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review the following returns policy:
4.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used hair products (e.g. brushes, combs, hair tools, opened hair oils , opened hair bundles etc.).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
4.2 Faulty or Damaged Item
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at AjahsBeautyBasecustomerservice@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
4.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was faulty/damaged on arrival)
5. Liability
5.1 Products sold by Ajahs Beauty supply are intended for external, cosmetic, and personal care use only.
5.2 Ajahs Beauty supply is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or misuse of products. Customers are advised to read product descriptions and instructions carefully before using and patch test before use
