Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use e.g opened bottles , tags cut off

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.

  • Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  • Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided

Refund Timeframes

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note bank processing times may vary.

Store credit may be issued faster where applicable.



Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

For safe return delivery, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
We cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.



Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for returns that are:
    •    Not shipped back to us properly
    •    Lost by the courier
    •    Returned damaged due to poor packaging

If a returned item arrives used, damaged, opened, or not in original condition, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be discarded or returned to you at your expense.



Exchanges

Exchanges will only be issued once the original item has been returned and inspected.
If approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped out within 3–7 business days.
